Refund Policy
All bookings require a $500 WST holding deposit to secure the reservation. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or if the customer decides they no longer wish to proceed with the booking.

Changes to bookings may be requested and will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
Requests made more than 3 days prior to the booking date may be adjusted at our discretion.
Changes requested within 3 days of the booking date are not guaranteed and may not be possible.
No refunds will be issued for unused time, early returns, or cancellations.
